Requirements

Sidhu Concrete Pumping Ltd. has the following job requirements:

Education

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

  • Experience an asset (training provided for qualified applicants)

Licences and Certifications

  • Class 3/3F/DF Licence (for trailer trucks or vehicles with more than 3 axles)

Additional Requirements

  • Must be bondable and able to handle weights over 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Strong focus on safety, organization, and teamwork.
  • Ability to perform physical work and long shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

As a Dump Truck Driver, you will:

  • Operate and drive straight or articulated dump trucks to transport materials.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections.
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle condition—checking brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels.
  • Conduct basic maintenance and emergency roadside repairs when necessary.
  • Record and report cargo details, mileage, fuel usage, and service hours.
  • Follow instructions from dispatch and adhere to schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
