Requirements
SOUTHFORK RESTAURANT management is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in restaurant management

Responsibilities
As a Restaurant Manager at SOUTHFORK RESTAURANT, your key tasks will include:
- Analyzing budget to boost and maintain profits
- Evaluating daily operations and organizing workflows
- Monitoring revenues and determining labour costs
- Overseeing and supporting staff performance
- Planning and organizing daily operations
- Recruiting, training, and supervising staff (5–10 people)
- Managing inventory and negotiating with suppliers
- Ensuring health and safety standards are upheld
- Addressing customer concerns and resolving complaints
- Coordinating marketing plans and event catering
