REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for:

  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Language: English proficiency
  • Licensing: Valid Security Guard License required

Worksite: Must work on-site across various locations in Vancouver. No remote options available.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising and coordinating the activities of 5–10 security personnel
  • Handling emergency situations as the primary contact
  • Training staff in safety procedures, company policies, and operational duties
  • Preparing and submitting detailed progress and incident reports
  • Resolving workplace issues and improving productivity
  • Establishing staff schedules and ensuring site coverage
  • Overseeing volunteer and office staff as required
