Requirements
TOURO CHURRASCARIA management is looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Language: English
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of grill or meat chef experience
Responsibilities
As a Grill Cook at TOURO CHURRASCARIA, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual grilled dishes
- Preparing meals for customers with dietary restrictions (allergies or intolerances)
- Inspecting kitchens and food service areas for cleanliness and safety
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
- Organizing buffets and banquets in a traditional Brazilian steakhouse setting
- Cleaning kitchen and work areas
- Managing kitchen operations as required
