Requirements
At A2Z Towing Services, the ideal candidate should have the following:

- English
Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience
- 3 to 5 years of driving/towing experience
Credentials
- Valid Driver’s License (Class 3 or D)

Responsibilities
As a Tow Truck Driver, your duties will include:
- Operating a tow truck safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading vehicles and goods
- Performing pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections
- Completing preventive maintenance and emergency roadside repairs
- Recording cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled, and fuel consumption
- Using GPS/navigation systems to plan routes and reduce fuel consumption
- Handling payments, invoices, and customer service professionally
- Addressing customer concerns and providing roadside support
- Coaching colleagues on new methods or techniques when needed
- Following safety procedures including tarping, securing cargo, and vehicle checks
Work Conditions
This role requires:
- On-site and on-road work only (no remote option)
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and safety standards
- Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and on-call shifts
