Requirements

Languages
- English (verbal and written)
Education
- Secondary school completion preferred
Experience
- Minimum 2 years cleaning experience required
Additional Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license
- Ability to relocate if not currently in Calgary (please specify timeframe in your application)
Responsibilities
As an Apartment Cleaner, you will:
- Clean entrances, elevators, offices, halls, stairwells, laundry rooms, garbage rooms, amenity spaces, and other common areas
- Clean vacant suites and complete suite touch-ups
- Perform interior and exterior garbage pick-up
- Assist with snow removal and touch-up painting as required
- Maintain proper inventory of cleaning supplies and ensure equipment is well-maintained
- Provide support to other Boardwalk sites as needed
- Demonstrate professionalism and commitment to excellent customer service

Work Conditions
This role requires:
- Standing, walking, and climbing stairs for up to 8 hours daily
- Ability to lift and maneuver up to 90kg with proper equipment
