- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience
- 1 to less than 7 months (training provided)
Responsibilities
As a Butcher (Slaughterhouse), your duties will include:
- Slaughtering livestock and removing viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses
- Slaughtering cattle, calves, and sheep in accordance with prescribed religious laws
- Cutting beef, lamb, pork, or veal carcasses into primal cuts for further processing or packaging
- Removing feathers, singeing, and washing poultry for processing or packaging
- Deboning meat with care and precision
- Maintaining sanitation, hygiene, and safety standards at all times
