Requirements
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high school) diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience: 5 years or more preferred
- Certifications: CWB certifications (preferred), Forklift licence is an asset
- Skills:
- Welding (MIG, TIG, Stick/Arc)
- Blueprint reading
- Use of welding machinery and fabrication tools
Responsibilities
As a Welder, your main tasks will include:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols
- Performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on various projects
- Measuring, cutting, and fitting materials to specifications
- Fabricating, assembling, and repairing metal structures and equipment
- Inspecting welds to ensure quality and compliance with standards
- Performing routine maintenance on welding equipment
- Following safety protocols and maintaining a clean workspace
- Collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines
Work Conditions

- Working in a busy, production-oriented shop environment
- Standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks
