Requirements
Sawled Construction Inc. is looking for candidates with the following:
- Language: English
- Education: Secondary (high school) diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities
As a Construction Worker, your main tasks will include:
- Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
- Erecting and dismantling forms, scaffolding, ramps, and barricades
- Mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete and asphalt
- Assisting with drilling, blasting, framing, and roofing
- Leveling earth to fine grade specifications
- Paving and raking asphalt
- Assisting in demolitions and salvaging materials
- Performing routine site maintenance and cleanup
- Directing traffic around construction sites
Work Conditions
This role requires:
- Working outdoors in noisy, dusty, and hot environments
- Standing for extended periods and performing physically demanding tasks
- Handling heavy loads (up to 20 lbs)
- Operating tools and equipment such as drills, nail guns, and sledgehammers
- Following strict safety and site procedures
