REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for:
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant supervisory experience
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Language: English proficiency
- Licensing: Valid Security Guard License required
Worksite: Must work on-site across various locations in Vancouver. No remote options available.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Security Guard Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising and coordinating the activities of 5–10 security personnel
- Handling emergency situations as the primary contact
- Training staff in safety procedures, company policies, and operational duties
- Preparing and submitting detailed progress and incident reports
- Resolving workplace issues and improving productivity
- Establishing staff schedules and ensuring site coverage
- Overseeing volunteer and office staff as required
