REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for:
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years preferred
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Language: English proficiency required
- Worksite Conditions: Outdoors, greenhouse, and general crop fields
- Physical Capability: Ability to handle repetitive tasks, lift heavy loads, and perform physically demanding work
Skills & Traits:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Harvesting, planting, and irrigating various crops
- Grading, packing, and preparing produce for market
- Applying fertilizers, monitoring crop growth, and cleaning greenhouses
- Operating farm equipment and maintaining cleanliness of work areas
- Supporting general farm duties including loading/unloading and equipment handling
- Monitoring plant and animal health and reporting issues
